Bruce Stewart
A retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer, Bruce is a nationally recognized expert in Signals Intelligence and a veteran executive, leading C4ISR
operations over the last three decades. While a corporate officer at CACI he was directly responsible for a worldwide staff in support of
intelligence operations across the globe, generating more than $1 Billion in revenue, and exceeding more than $100 Million in profit in an eight
year period. Managing such key programs as TROJAN, GENESIS II/III and RITE, he has helped the US Army rebalance its Military Intelligence
operations strategy. During his Army career, he served in combat in Viet Nam, and supported combat operations in El Salvador and in the Gulf War.
For his service as a military intelligence officer, he has been awarded the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, the Knowlton Award as well as other
citations and decorations. During the Gulf War Mr. Stewart was recognized by the Association of Old Crows for his efforts in Electronic Combat.
He is an active member in IEEE, AFCEA, MICA, the VFW, and Old Crows.

Richard (Dick) Lemons
Dick has over 40 years experience in information technology and always with the goal of eliminating the mountains of paper in favor of emerging
digital technologies. For over 12 years, he was Director of the NASA Scientific and Technical Information Facility (NASA-STIF) where the first
ever online retrieval system was built. He has a breadth of experience building large business operations, such as GE's GEISCO unit, and a
division of Informatics with over 1,500 people, as well as delivering major systems to NLM (MEDLINE and TOXLINE), and EPA (ENVIRON). Dick is
the Founder and President of RCLA, which has provided creative management, financing (through raising angel investment capital) and marketing
consulting services to start-up companies for more than 22 years. He is a Founding Member of the Westlake Chapter of Keiretsu Forum.

Jerry Marterella
In his 27-year career, Jerry has held senior manager and executive sales positions at Northrup Grumman, Integic, Computer Science Corporation (CSC),
Digital Equipment Corporation, and Xerox. He was able to increase revenue at a very fast rate, in each of his positions. Jerry was able to grow the
consulting division of CSC from $400 million to $850 million in annual revenue over 2 years without acquisitions. Recognizing the need for senior
executives to grow professionally, he co-founded the Potomac Region Executive Leadership Breakfast, an organization that has grown to over 500 members
in 13 years.

Pete Celano
Pete is a Web 2.0 revenue-generation guru, with extensive experience in the B2B and B2C Internet space, that started with running the
Internet Group at FileTek, a content management company. After that, he founded a web hosting firm called DashCenter that focused on
rich media. Following that, Pete was Vice President of Marketing at WeatherBug, and for many years, was a Vice President of
Marketing/BizDev at Alarm.com. Today, Pete runs marketing for Informous. His primary focus in advising Intensity is sales, business
development, partnerships and exploring strategic opportunities from both the user and product perspective.
